Hey Jan, LOVE your blog. Where are you based out of exactly?

    • October 9, 2012 9:24 PM

Thanks! We started where we were with what we had – northwest Alabama and not a whole lot of cash but a determination to not use a bank. We’re poised to purchase 23 acres near Bowling Green Kentucky in November – so very excited to take this step towards a new level. We can deliver/serve Nashville, Louisville, Lexington, St. Louis from where we are.

Northwest AL is great! My best friend lives in Decatur/Huntsville, it’s such a beautiful part of the country.

I’m impartial to Kentucky though, since my parents have recently moved there. It’s so beautiful. They live in Marion, 45 minutes from Paducah. They love being within 250 miles from so many major big cities.

Many things draw us there. Looking forward to it!
